Red Strawberry Slush (2-4 Servings)

A refreshing, light, all naturally flavored Red Strawberry Slush with 7 total grams of natural sugar all from strawberries. Make this and skip the large Slurpee which has 104 grams of sugar (and don't get us started on the difference in vitamins...). This recipe is super fast and can be made in 3-5 minutes. BONUS:Can also be frozen into popsicles!

Blend:
2 cups ice

1.5 cups almond milk, sugar-free, unsweetened
4 scoops Red Creme StartDust
1 cup strawberries sliced in half
Enjoy!

pancakes

(insert flavor) Pancakes (3-5 Servings)

This is one of our favorite creations yet. They're the best tasting pancakes we've ever had, yet they have no sugar besides the banana, no flour, protein and tons of flavor! You honestly don't need syrup with these. It's like a dessert.

Blend:
1/2 cup sugar-free, unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 banana
4 scoops StartDust flavor of your choice (but we like Red Creme most)
1 1/2 cups oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions: heat stove to medium and melt 1 tablespoon of butter or coconut oil in pan. Cook 1/2 cup of batter at a time for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook additional 1-2 minutes.

Sugar/Carb-free(ish) Blueberry Cobbler

Actually no, that is NOT a stock photo thank you very much. The only sugar in this anti-oxidant and vitamin rich desert comes from the blueberries. The "flavor to healthy ratio" on this one is off the charts!

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 4 scoops Red Creme StartDust
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbs melted butter

Instructions:

In greased 9" round pan mix blueberries, Red Creme StartDust, lemon juice, and xanthan gum. In separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and egg. Mix until mixture resembles coarse meal. Cover blueberries with flour mixture then sprinkle melted butter over the top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
